Micheal is a licensed psychologist based in Dubai. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, UK. His approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies that empower clients to create meaningful and lasting change.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Micheal provides therapy that is accessible, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. He works with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and stress, self-esteem and self-worth, burnout and workplace challenges, career uncertainty, emotional regulation, trauma and PTSD, depression, phobias, obsessive thoughts, and major life transitions. Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, he supports clients in achieving meaningful emotional processing, lasting behavioural change, and long-term psychological wellbeing.

Micheal also provides couples therapy. Utilizing the Gottman Method, he helps partners strengthen their relationship, improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional and physical intimacy. He welcomes couples of all backgrounds and relationship structures, providing an affirming, respectful, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space. Also, as a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP), Micheal works with both individuals and couples experiencing sexual concerns, including challenges related to desire, intimacy, sexual functioning, communication around sex, and the emotional impact these concerns can have on both individuals and relationships.

Before transitioning into psychology, Micheal worked in the corporate sector. This experience gave him a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and the psychological demands of professional life. Having experienced these environments firsthand, he understands the pressures of high-performance cultures, career uncertainty, leadership challenges, and burnout. This perspective enables him to provide support that is not only clinically informed but also grounded in real-world experience.

In addition to his clinical work, Micheal designs and delivers mental wellbeing workshops for organizations seeking to enhance employee wellbeing. These workshops cover topics such as stress management, work-life balance, resilience, psychological safety, and sustainable strategies for fostering healthier, more engaged, and more productive workplaces.
