Nusrat Khan is a CDA-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in holistic, trauma-informed mental health care. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and has dedicated her career to supporting children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and senior citizens through diverse mental health challenges.
Nusrat is competent in working with a wide spectrum of conditions, including but not limited to Trauma and Complex PTSD, personality Disorders (BPD , Narcissistic, Histrionic), depression and mood-related disorders, anxiety, stress, and panic disorders, adult ADHD & executive functioning challenges, eating disorders, bariatric rehabilitation, relationships, marriage, and divorce difficulties, grief and loss, burnout and emotional exhaustion.
Her approach is psychodynamic and multi-modal, holistic, integrating evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness techniques.
